Pneumatic Roller Vibrator

Features:
  • Similar Operation Mode to the Ball Vibrator, but with more 'Thump'
  • 2 Options for Air Feed (From The Top of The Unit or Laterally)
  • Centrifugal Force Range: 3,000 – 7,450 N
  • Load & Speed Can Be Controlled by Varying the Supply Pressure & Flow
  • Environmental Temperature Range <100° C
Applications:
  • Hopper Emptying, Vibrating Tables, Prevention of Pipeline or Silo Adhesion, Compaction & De-aeration

Construction

Aluminium extruded body, durable enamel painted finish. Pressed in, machined iron race in which a hardened & ground heavy steel roller runs. The roller is contained in the race via low-friction screw-in polymer end caps for maximum efficiency & durability.

Working Principle

Compressed air is fed into the inlet port located on the top of the unit. The air drives the steel roller axially around the race in an unbalanced motion that induces centrifugal force and vibration. The spent air is expelled through the centre of the unit on both sides (the exhaust ports are located under plated steel dust covers). A lubricated air supply is recommended to maximise the service life of the unit.
